Arthur heads our CFO Advisory Service team, he is responsible for leading our Enterprise Transformation and General Accounting Support teams from the UK, to support our organization-wide strategic objectives and priorities. He has built and delivered Target Operating Models in a range of challenging transformation and post-merger integration projects.

Arthur has substantive track record of delivering and supporting high profile global and local finance transformation programmes, particularly within Consumer Goods, Medicals and Pharmaceuticals, Diverse Telecommunications and Industrials, Automotive and Transportation industries. He also specialises in providing support and advisory to senior finance leaders to help them fine tune their strategy for managing accounting and business operations as well as develop and execute their transformation vision and strategy, setting up their programmes for success and further partnering with them to implement their planned transformational outcomes.

Prior to joining Pentagon Finance, Arthur was previously consulting with the Big 4 (PwC, Deloitte, Grant Thornton LLP), and prior to that he has held other senior management roles in finance with top tier organizations within the private sector.
